All orders may be subject to a shipping and handling
charge. Normal shipping and handling assumes delivery to a place of
business and not a residence. Residential deliveries usually require extra
shipping charges. Use a business address if possible. We ship via Federal
Express, U.P.S., U.S. Mail, or common carrier freight lines. It is our option to
fill orders from our stock or the manufacturer/distributor.
Manufacturers/distributors require lead times for manufacturing and/or handling.
We do not ship C.O.D. Any times quoted by the phone, fax, or email are
estimated time to shipping date. Add three to seven working days for
shipping travel time.
How to Receive Your Shipment
Freight line truck drivers are only responsible for bringing
freight to the tailgate of their truck. It is your responsibility to unload.
Most truck drivers respond well to friendliness and consideration and might
assist your unloading if you request kindly.
Damaged/Missing Merchandise Open
all boxes and examine the inside contents in the presence of the truck driver.
Any damage to merchandise whether obvious or hidden, must be noted on your
delivery ticket. IN THE PRESENCE OF THE TRUCK DRIVER . Any shortages also
need to be noted on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery. Merchandise
ownership passes from the manufacturer to the customer when received by the
freight carrier. Carrier responsibility is lost without the proper signing for
goods. No replacement can be done without the properly noted delivery receipt
with the truck drivers signature. Refuse only the damaged items in the shipment,
this will speed up the replacement process. If you refuse items, mark the bill
of lading, "Refused Due To Damage". If you refuse any item that is not damaged,
you will be subject to extra freight charges on that item, and a restocking fee.
Call Us IMMEDIATELY after the trucker leaves so that we may begin the
replacement process 1-801-487-8761. Claims of damage must be made within 7 days
of customer receipt.

Return Policy
Please be sure of your purchase selection before placing
your order. Any item can be returned within 15 days for merchandise credit, less
a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned after 15 days will be subject to a 30%
restocking charge. Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after date of
purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Certified Supply Company must
give prior approval for any return before shipment. All returns will be shipped
at customer's expense in their original cartons. All returns will be subject to
inspection prior to credit. Returns must be in new condition for credit.

Sales Tax
Our store only collects sales tax for orders shipped to
the State of Utah . Any orders shipped to any location other than Utah State are
not subject to sales tax.
